Our client located in the Springfield, MA area has an immediate opening for a Security Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity. The Security Engineer will be assisting the Cyber Security Analysis department.
Responsibilities
Respond to requests for information and emails in a timely manner Additionally, should be able to respond to basic access requests and modifications without supervision Follow standard operating procedures for modeling roles and maintaining application data properly Independently manage queue for help requests and actionable messages Conduct data analysis to identify redundancies or errors in workflows Utilize approved and established procedures to add or remove access from various platforms Assist with the management and maintenance of identity based databases and applications Engage with customers regarding help requests and issues relating to relevant application Required:
Undergraduate Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Cyber Security, or Computer Science 1 - 2 years' experience with identity access procedures or models 1 - 2 years' experience with following models based on consistent naming conventions Preferred: SQL or similar database experience for building queries Experience with identity and access management applications, particularly Sailpoint IdentityIQ Experience with customer service engagement in responding to requests in a timely and supportive manner Proficient in Excel Ability to manage company's identity and access management system by modeling various accesses, managing data validation and maintenance, and following processes for responding to user requests and help desk tickets
