About the Role The Company is seeking a Regional Senior Vice President for Financial Services to lead and oversee the strategic growth and performance of the business within a specific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan, driving new business, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery. This role requires a proven track record in leading and growing large sales teams in the financial services sector, with a strong focus on exceeding sales goals. The Regional SVP will also be accountable for the financial performance of the region, including P&L management, and must have a deep understanding of fiduciary best practices, industry trends, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
