Quality Assurance Analyst ! Join us. The
Quality Assurance Analyst
ensures that software or products meet quality standards and user expectations. He/She develops and executes test plans, identifies and reports defects, and collaborates with development teams to resolve issues. The QA Analyst also participates in code reviews, maintains testing documentation, and tracks quality metrics. He/She is crucial for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and user-friendliness of products. Job Responsibilities Creating and implementing comprehensive test strategies to assess software functionality Pinpointing and documenting software bugs, errors, and areas for improvement Working with developers to understand and resolve identified defects Ensuring that new code changes don't negatively impact existing functionality Keeping test cases, plans, and results up to date Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality Understanding requirements and design documents to inform testing Ensuring products meet industry standards and regulations Identifying ways to enhance testing and development processes Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance is required Must have the ability to identify potential issues and understand complex systems Must be able to meticulously review software functionality to catch even minor errors Must possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of defects and propose solutions Must have knowledge of testing methodologies including various testing techniques like automation, black-box, white-box, regression, performance, and usability testing Must have software development lifecycle (SDLC) understanding Must have basic programming skills including the ability to write automated test scripts Must be able to effectively communicate test results and issues to developers and stakeholders Must have strong Project Management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; must be proactive with a high level of organization Must be able to leverage effective communication to convey information clearly and engagingly to the target audience Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications or related field preferred Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package.
