Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 20 years' of experience in information systems, and a minimum of 10 years' in hands-on cybersecurity, with a proven track record in NIST frameworks, CIS Controls, and SIEM tools. The role requires a strong understanding of threat intelligence, security architecture, and experience in staff management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. Preferred qualifications include experience in securing medical devices and healthcare technologies, as well as security certifications and extensive knowledge of security and compliance frameworks. The Senior Director will also be responsible for budget management, developing cybersecurity policies, and ensuring the organization's cybersecurity posture meets regulatory and customer demands.
