The typical hiring range for this role is $22.62 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements). Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area. Follow oral and/or written work instructions. Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work Verify and feed raw materials into the production process. Ensure products produced meet quality and food safety standards. Check yields and investigate discrepancies. Maintain accurate production records. Monitor machinery for malfunctions. Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues Report food safety problems Clean workstation and equipment at shift-end Follow Standard Operating Procedures, General Manufacturing Principles safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct! Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety! Perform other duties as assigned! High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment. Must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required. Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion. Must be able to work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in uncomfortable environments including hot, cold, wet, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work at height levels in excess of 50 feet. Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals will occur. Possible exposure to nut allergens. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, as required.
