PRODUCTION WAREHOUSE HELPERS
Automation Personnel Services is seeking hardworking and reliable Production Helpers for a manufacturing company in Baytown, TX. These positions require working rotating 12-hour shifts, including both days and nights, with the potential to work up to 80 hours per week.
Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Rotating day and night shifts 12-hour shifts, up to 80 hours per week
Production Helper Duties and Responsibilities Assist with general production tasks in a fast-paced environment Operate basic machinery and follow safety protocols Load and unload materials Maintain cleanliness of work area Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads Perform quality checks on products Production Helper Qualifications and Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Ability to work rotating day and night shifts Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
