Epic It Systems Analyst

City/State: Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health is looking for an EPIC IT systems analyst to join our IT clinical team! Bachelors' Degree preferred Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree Certification/Licensure

Epic certification in Cupid/Radiant/inpatient & Ambulatory would be a plus Experience

Experience with EPIC or a clinical background in cardiology required Experience supporting Epic Cupid/Radiant/inpatient & Ambulatory in a large healthcare setting would be a plus Hands-on build experience in EPIC Cupid/Radiant/inpatient & Ambulatory strongly preferred Ability to analyze business and clinical needs, evaluate software releases or new products, and provide recommendations to improve workflows and reduce costs Strong background in business/clinical operations and application functionality, with hands-on experience performing and documenting workflow assessments to determine functional requirements Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support application integration that aligns with organizational and clinical goals Skilled in developing system test plans and executing testing for software upgrades and patches, including maintaining detailed records of testing progress and results We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $61,235.20-$102,065.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
