$90$110/hr W2 + Expenses | 12-Month Contract | On-site We are hiring an experienced
Senior Planning Manager
to support a major pharmaceutical construction project. This is a critical, full-time on-site role to begin with, with potential to move to a hybrid setup once the project is back on track. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage an integrated master schedule across C&Q and operations. Lead and standardize the work of 8 schedulers supporting project managers. Build dashboards and KPIs to track progress and performance. Oversee scheduling across multiple contractors and suppliers. Support a complex, mid-flight program that is currently behind schedule. Ideal Profile: 1015 years' experience in life sciences project scheduling. Proven vendor management and cross-functional team integration. Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with tight timelines. Strong communication and leadership skills.
