Point Of Care Testing Coordinator
The Point of Care (POC) Testing Coordinator develops, implements, coordinates and maintains programs in order to bring testing closer to the patient, to provide faster turnaround times for treatment, and to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. Provides technical support and education to patient care areas. Qualifications
Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology, medical laboratory science, or clinical laboratory science At least four years of training/experience in nonwaived testing in the designated specialty for an associate's degree or at least two years of training/experience in nonwaived testing in the designated specialty for a bachelor's degree ASCP or equivalent certification eligible (obtained within 90 days of employment) With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
