Delaware North Travel is hiring full-time and part-time Servers to join our team at Boston Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts. Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.
On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Areas will operate 369 locations in 27 airports and 12 travel plazas nationwide, with a U.S. workforce of over 6,000. Unit Description
Serving fliers since 2018, Delaware North operates food, beverage, and retail services at Boston's Logan International Airport. Restaurants such as the Boston Bruins Bar, Pei Wei, B. Good Burger, Monica's Mercato, Alta Strada, Mija Cantina, and Wolfgang Puck Pizza bring the passion and distinctive flavors of the city to the airport. The Airport is one of the busiest airports in the United States and the primary hub for the New England region. Delaware North team members receive paid shift meals, and paid parking or transit.
Responsibilities
Greet and attend to guests' needs, provide menus and communicate restaurant specials, answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage orders Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver checks to guests Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning Qualifications
Experience in cash handling and credit card processing Experience as a server in a high-volume environment Experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as stand, walk, and bend for long periods, which may include walking up stairs Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
