We are hiring a full-time dental hygienist who can help us provide incredible dental care to each of our patients! You’ll conduct preliminary dental exams, help dentists with examinations and procedures, and perform thorough dental cleanings so patients walk out with a smile. This role is perfect for someone who loves to care for people and is highly attuned to detail. If you have a passion for educating people about the importance of dental health and are looking to grow your career in dental hygiene, we would love to talk. Hours are 7:30 - 5:30 Mon and Tues and 7:30-3:00 Wed and Thurs.

$55 hourly Responsibilities:
Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history
Prevent tooth decay by providing a thorough dental cleaning and applying protective sealants, such as fluoride
Aid dentists by deliberating the best way to treat a variety of dental disease
Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified
Use x-ray machines to take photos of the patients’ teeth so the dentist can clearly identify cavities or other oral health issues
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in dental hygiene work
Superb customer service and communication skills
Associate’s degree and certification in dental hygiene program required, higher levels of education are highly valued
Valid CPR certification
Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state
