We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Business Analyst to join our Finance/Information Systems team and help drive productivity and efficiency across our operations. At Northern Pipe Products and Vinyltech Corporation, youll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and improve business processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with employees and management to identify business needs and software solutions. Design and maintain Ignition screens and user interfaces for SQL database interactions. Administer and support the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), including user security, updates, and vendor coordination. Troubleshoot and install software on client and server systems. Support IT security initiatives in collaboration with the Network Specialist and Ottertail Corporate IT department. Provide training and support to staff on software tools and systems. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Technical proficiency in software/hardware upgrades and troubleshooting. Experience with project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
