SENIOR ENGINEERING CAD TECHNICIAN – Water Resources Business Unit Where: Aurora, IL or Chicago, IL

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000

We are seeking a Senior Engineering CAD Technician for our Water Resources Business Unit. Responsibilities include developing detailed construction drawings and collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and other CAD professionals to support a variety of water resources projects.

Minimum requirements include: Associate degree or certificate in Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related field; or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience. 5 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Revit and/or Civil 3D. Strong drafting and design skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred skills: Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud Knowledge of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Experience with laser scanning Familiarity with 3D Programs such as: InfraWorks, SketchUp, Enscape, or Twinmotion Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
