Supportive, inclusive, and strengths-focused culture Salary: Starting at $18.00 an hour (non-exempt) About the Position: With supervision, assist and support staff and families by transporting clients, supervising visits, mentoring, tutoring, providing respite and providing casework services to clients participating in Youth, Family and Community Outreach Services Programs. A Typical Day as a Community Outreach Paraprofessional: Document all services delivered to comply with agency, state, and federal regulations and requirements. Visit primary family, foster home, day care setting, school, and other appropriate settings to ensure that case management goals are being met. Complete necessary paperwork to track progress and plan for achievement of established goals. Attend court hearings, case staffing, or other activities necessary to coordinate client services. Travel to deliver services to the family's home, and/or transport clients to alternative service locations. Work Hours: Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based around the availability of youth and families served. Does the Following Apply to You?
