energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Commercial Project Coordinator to support sales, estimating, and job site coordination. This role involves bid preparation, purchasing support, contract negotiations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct sales calls, and generate new business. Coordinate project schedules and collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams. Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and proposal generation. Review and verify PO’s, ITB’s, and RFI’s from general contractors. Ensure accurate material selections based on project specifications. Process job files, generate selection and cut sheets, and prepare orders. Oversee field and computer takeoffs, ensuring measurement accuracy. Support job site inspections and provide on-site assistance as needed. Maintain high levels of customer service and project quality. Qualifications: Education & Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Industry Knowledge:
Experience in commercial flooring, materials, and installation methods. Technical Skills:
Familiarity with RFMS Takeoff software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and blueprint literacy is required. Competencies:
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines. Communication:
Excellent written and verbal skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
