What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
Assist with desking deals and managing the customer buying process
Monitor and manage inventory, merchandising, and lot performance
Create a positive and professional culture rooted in customer satisfaction
Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless transitions
Provide ongoing training and development for new and existing team members
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of automotive sales management experience
Proven leadership skills and a passion for team success
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM tools and desking software (e.g., VINSolutions, Vauto, Autosoft)
Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment
CDJR, or Ford, experience a plus, but not required
