Senior Solutions Architect, AI/HPC Networking What you’ll be doing:
Provide technical leadership and support for engagements with new and existing customers and partners.
Partner with Sales Account Managers and SDRs to identify and secure business opportunities for DriveNets products and solutions.
Work proactively with Account Managers to understand and address customer challenges, conduct network architecture sessions, and present DriveNets products.
Assist in developing sales strategies and proposals.
Create awareness and promote DriveNets products & solutions among customers and channel partners.
Build relationships with technical decision-makers.
Influence at the executive level (VP, CxO) regarding solutions and strategies aligned with business priorities and timelines.
Design and propose DriveNets Data Center, Routing & Switching network solutions to generate new or additional sales.
Develop design guidelines and recommend improvements for customer networks and AI/HPC workloads.
Analyze and resolve performance issues related to AI workloads and systems.
Translate client business needs into technology solutions, assess requirements, and develop transition strategies.
Serve as the technical resource for customers building AI infrastructure, explaining performance characteristics.
Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs.
Guide internal teams in planning and executing POCs, delivery, and deployment.
Manage customer feature requests from requirements to deployment, collaborating with product and development teams, and providing feedback.
Represent DriveNets at industry events and conferences.
Author white papers, blogs, and articles on relevant technologies and products.
Requirements What we need to see:
BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Expertise in data center design, including networking, compute, and storage.
Ability to write technical content (white papers, briefs) with technical accuracy, strategy, and clear messaging.
Efficient multitasking in a multifaceted environment, with experience working across geographies.
Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with executives and engineering teams.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
Ways to stand out:
Familiarity with AI-relevant data center infrastructure and networking technologies such as Infiniband, RoCEv2, lossless Ethernet (PFC, ECN), accelerated computing, GPU, NIC, DPU, etc.
Understanding of AI/HPC networking solutions, their advantages/disadvantages, and high-speed interconnect technologies.
Experience with scale-out Ethernet, Spectrum-X, UEC, InfiniBand, and backend storage connectivity.
Knowledge of data center operations (networking, cooling, power).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and telemetry (gRPC, gNMI, OTLP).
Proven experience with Tier-1 Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) or emerging Neoclouds, and cloud-native architectures.
