Must Have All (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ in backend development. • Strong experience with Dapr in real-world microservices environments. • Proven expertise in message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus). • In-depth knowledge of MySQL, including writing and optimizing stored procedures and complex queries. • Experience modernizing and maintaining legacy .NET services, with a clear understanding of integration and migration strategies. • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end software projects, from interpreting business requirements to delivery and post-deployment support (Senior/lead titles). • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. • Understanding of design patterns, event-driven architecture, CQRS, and DDD. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
