iGov is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Task Order Project Manager to serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and establish direct, simple lines of communication with the JCXS PMO, including the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
- Ensures the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Centrally manage the overall task order to ensure responsiveness and successful execution of all sustainment and development services.
- Develop, execute, and maintain all required management plans, including:
- Project Management Plan (including WBS, schedules, staffing)
- Contract Management Plan
- Subcontractor Management Plan
- Communications Management Plan
- Quality Management Plan
- Data Management Plan
- Lead and conduct all required program meetings, including the Project Kickoff Meeting, weekly schedule reviews, and monthly status briefings.
- Develop and submit the Monthly Status Report, detailing program schedule, expenditures, progress, risks, and performance issues.
- Provide program status briefings to DLA senior management as required.
- Respond efficiently to fluctuating workloads to ensure a timely supply of critical resources.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of all contract personnel, including the submission of CAC forms and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Essential Required Experience & Skills:
- Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
- Five (5) years project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Five (5) years of experience in contingency contracting and/or experience in managing/using contingency tools
- Must possess an active DOD Secret clearance at time of proposal submission.
- Proficiency in basic analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and Access, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, to include Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project Management.
Educational Requirements:
BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
