IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MUST-HAVES: U.S. Citizenship (required for DoD facility access)At least 3 years of CNC programming experienceStrong communication skills and a solid work ethicAbility to read and interpret blueprints, solid models, and G/M codesWhat You'll Do:Write and troubleshoot CNC programs for complex partsWork with Mastercam, G&M codes, and multiple machine types (milling, turning, EDM)Support machine setup and program prove-outsEnsure precision using gauges and measuring toolsTrack jobs using JobBOSS and follow safety proceduresCommunicate clearly with shop staff and engineeringWhat You Bring:Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with large part machining is a plusExperience with in-place machining, forklift/crane use a bonusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and solid models.
