Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Highlights:Full time position, outpatient setting.The physical therapist will assume autonomous responsibility for evaluating patient's need for physical therapy. This will include the creation of treatment plans and the execution of those individual patient-based treatment programs in accordance with the State of Michigan Public Health Code Act 368 of 1978. The physical therapist will work cooperatively with other rehabilitation professionals including physical therapy assistants, rehabilitation technicians/aids, and athletic trainers in addition to the patient's medical team to maintain standards of professional physical therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamworkWhat a Physical Therapist will do:Physical Therapists will practice in accordance with the state practice act to provide physical therapy services including the evaluation, planning, and implementation of rehabilitation plans of care for patients.
