Hours & Pay: Shift : 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday Pay Rate : $19.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience Employment Type : Temp-to-hire Training : May begin with 1 week of 1st shift training What You'll Do: Operate CNC machinery to produce high-precision components Load/unload materials and parts into machines Read blueprints and manufacturing orders to verify job specs Conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Handle routine maintenance such as cleaning chips and checking coolant levels Support shop operations including deburring, tumbling, packing, and assembly Load programs into CMM machines Communicate effectively across shifts to maintain workflow Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with company initiatives Why You'll Want In: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes weekly pay, earned wage access, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k , and short-term disability.
