This role involves assisting Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans, helping patients improve mobility, and regain independence through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs. •Key Responsibilities Assist in executing treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities to patients. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and at-home exercises. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with facility protocols and patient safety standards. Qualifications Required: Active Oklahoma PTA License. Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting. Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association). Preferred: Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing rehabilitation settings. Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
