Job DescriptionINTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, has a great opportunity for a Physician Assistant to specialize in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on the Baptist Medical Center campus!Our colorectal surgery service has grown significantly over the past 12 months. The team consists of highly skilled board-certified surgeons specializing in diagnosing and treating diseases of the colon and rectum. Our Colorectal team treats a wide breadth of patients including complex colorectal cancer, benign anorectal disease, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticular disease and patients with intestinal obstruction and perforation in both, the acute inpatient and elective clinic settings. This PA position with INTEGRIS Health is full-time, the work is Monday through Friday with occasional call. You will see patients in the clinic, assist in the OR, post-op, and help with hospital rounding. The team is very focused and are experts in this specialty; you will enjoy each surgeon and team member - they all bring levity and enjoyment to their work! The clinic is in a new, large, shared space with General Surgery and Trauma Surgery. New grad PA's are welcome and will receive structured on the job training. The Physician Assistant assists physician with procedures and serves as a liaison between the physician and the patient.
