About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our dynamic Electrical team in our Boston office. This role is ideal for a professional with a proficient understanding of electrical design, project execution, and interdisciplinary coordination.
The Senior Engineer is expected to make a positive impact on the office environment by:n

- Acting as a mentor to junior engineers, supporting their professional development. n
- Actively participating in office initiatives, team-building events, and knowledge-sharing activities. n
Key Responsibilities n
- n
- Designs Tenant fit-out projects and completes specific tasks on base building/infrastructure upgrades; assembles riser diagrams, schedules, and floor plans. n
- Plans and coordinates routing of major distribution, main equipment rooms, closets, shafts, and risers. n
- Leads design tasks that support the overall trade system (e.g., branch circuiting, duct work distribution, piping distribution, etc.). n
- Reviews shop drawings, performs site visits and punch-lists with limited supervision to verify that designs are being implemented accurately. n
- Understands documentation requirements and develops relevant content for each deliverable phase (e.g., SD, DD, CD and specifications). n
- Understands and implements office procedures related to both design (i.e., archiving drawings, filing drawings and forms, etc.) and construction administration (i.e., updating shop drawing log, updating RFI log, etc.). n
Minimum Qualifications n
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering n
- 2+ years of experience n
- Excellent oral and written communication. n
- Proficient in all design calculations and software tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) applicable to their discipline. n
- Knowledge of trade-specific scope of project (i.e., proposal/add service), trade-related codes (including energy, building, etc.) and the required coordination with other trades. n

Estimated compensation range: $85,000 - $93,000 annual salary
