Job Summary

As a Service Technician, youll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems. You must be able to work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and deliver top-quality repairs.
Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to every customer

• Present repair options and help customers choose the best solution
  
n
• Educate customers about their plumbing systems in easy-to-understand
  
n
• Perform plumbing repairs efficiently and correctly
  
n
• Troubleshoot issues and test systems for proper operation
  
n
• Handle various tasks such as:

  n
  • Leak detection
    
  n
  • Tank and tankless water heater service
    
  n
  • Fixture repairs and replacements
  n
  n
n
• n
  n
  • Drain cleaning and line replacements
  n
  n
n
• Mentor and support apprentices when needed
n

Qualifications n

n
• Plumbing experience required (3-5 years but, flexible for the right candidate)
n
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems
n
• Familiarity with tools and safety protocols
n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
• Strong communication and customer service skills
n
• Must have your own basic hand tools
n
• A good driving record is required
n
