Are you skilled in operating and setting up automated surface mount technology (SMT) equipment? We're in search of a dedicated individual to oversee and optimize SMT processes. This role reports directly to the Production Supervisor in Newark, CA.

What You'll Do:n

• Operate SMT Equipment: Manage the setup and operation of various SMT devices, including the Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machine, Reflow Oven, and X-Ray Machine.

• Ensure Quality and Efficiency: Follow detailed instructions to monitor PCBs, conduct visual inspections, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
n
• Support Your Team: Share expertise with new team members and engage in cross-training opportunities.
n

Skills You Bring:n

n
• 5+ years of similar industry experience.
n
• High school diploma required.
n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
n
• Experience with SMT equipment such as the Panasonic NM-EJP1A Screen Printer, SPI TRI7007, and others.
n
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and familiar with ADP Workforce Now.
n

Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
