Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a motivated Engineer IV with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to support technical development, integration, and/or testing efforts across a range of projects. This role requires a self-starter with strong technical depth, attention to detail, and the ability to lead or support multidisciplinary engineering tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n
- n
- Lead or contribute to the design, development, integration, and testing of engineering solutions. n
- Interpret and apply engineering principles to analyze technical challenges and develop efficient solutions. n
- Support system architecture development and documentation. n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, program managers, and customers. n
- Prepare and review engineering documentation including specifications, requirements, and technical plans. n
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight on assigned tasks. n
- Ensure all work aligns with company processes and contractual requirements. n
- Preforms other duties as assigned. n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS n
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. n
- Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience. n
- Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals, including requirements management, integration, and testing. n
- Experience with system architecture design, hardware/software interface definition, and technical documentation. n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. n
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contracting requirements. n
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required). n
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to 20%. n
QUALIFICATIONS n
- n
- Master’s degree in a related field. n
- Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems, including EHF terminal operations (SMART-T, NMT). n
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, STK, SQL) and digital engineering techniques. n
- Prior experience supporting DoD or aerospace/defense contracts. n
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS n

- Salary Range: $110,000.00-$135,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) n
