Job Description: Senior Frontend Engineer
nLocation: Fully remote within the U.S

nWe’re seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend architecture and drive a groundbreaking Embedded Analytics project. This role is about more than codingit’s about shaping a platform that impacts science, health, and safety. You’ll define our frontend philosophy, build a unified design system, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design and product teams to create scalable, user-friendly UI systems.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Architect scalable, maintainable frontend systems using React n
- Develop and implement a design system with reusable components, tokens, and clear documentation n
- Lead the frontend development of a new Embedded Analytics initiative n
- Create onboarding documentation and promote best practices in testing, performance, and accessibility n
- Mentor engineers and establish high standards for frontend quality n
- Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver production-ready experiences n
Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in modern frontend development (React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript) n
- Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale frontend systems and reusable component libraries n
- Deep understanding of architecture patterns, state management, and performance optimization n
- Strong communication and mentoring skills n
- Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset n
- Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS, including utility-first design principles, responsive layouts, and semantic, accessible HTML n
- Proven ability to implement or contribute to Tailwind-based component libraries and maintain consistency across large codebases n
Qualifications:

- Experience building or evolving a design system from the ground up n
- Background in modernizing frontend codebases n
- Familiarity with visual regression testing, Figma integration, or analytics-heavy interfaces n
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise tools n
What We Offer:

- Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000/year, based on experience and location n
- Variable Pay: Up to $9,500/year, tied to product and architectural milestones n
