Job Summary & Responsibilities
Partner with IT and business leaders to understand data and analytics needs across the organization.
Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead the architecture and governance of enterprise data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of Microsoft-based analytics tools including Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure Fabric.
Drive the design and execution of scalable data integration frameworks and APIs.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms and systems.
Collaborate with Cyber Security and Compliance teams to ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.
Lead the development of self-service analytics capabilities to empower business users.
Manage the global Data, Analytics, and Integrations budget.
Define and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of data initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal value and performance.
Lead data and integration aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence and system harmonization.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data literacy across the organization.
Develop and mentor a high-performing global team of data engineers, analysts, and integration specialists.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise data, analytics, and integration functions.
Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and Azure Fabric.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and modern analytics practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic data initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Experience with data security, compliance, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing large-scale data projects and global teams.
Familiarity with M&A processes and post-merger integration.
Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience with modern data integration tools, ETL/ELT pipelines, and API management
