Retro Fitness, Lincroft NJ is about to implement the Pro Fitness Program. The Pro Fitness Program is an in-house, onboarding and personal training program and is one of the most recognized and respected fitness programs in North America. Clubs offering this program no longer concentrate on simply selling memberships and showcasing the facility, but focus on getting their member real results! This personal training and assessment program has been designed to provide trainers with a steady stream of clients and get members results! The on-boarding process of the Pro Fitness Program typically integrates between 30 and 40% of all club members into personal training which necessitates us expanding our personal training team. We will soon have clients waiting for dynamic, energizing, and experienced trainers who are able to lead them. Personal Trainers (full and part time) Personal Trainer's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Design safe, effective and inspiring programs as prescribed via the club's Pro Fitness Program. Build one's training clientele from a very strong club referral program as well as from your own drive, energy, and ambition. Provide personal training demonstrations per protocol of the Pro Fitness Program. Ensure all administrative duties per protocol of the Pro Fitness Program are completed in a timely manner. Must possess the following attributes: An outgoing, friendly, vivacious and enthusiastic demeanor Mature and professional manner and appearance Must have excellent organizational skill and be able to learn new systems in a timely manner Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy being a team player Must enjoy working with members of all ages and have a passion for fitness Must have the following qualifications: Current national personal training certification or fitness related degree Must have previous personal training experience Must have current CPR/AED or willing to certify Must have the ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather Must have solid references Retro Fitness offers the following compensation: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience. ($26-$38 per hour) Tiered pay structure along with potential for commissions will be detailed to qualified applicants.
