Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to delivering exceptional services will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will provide elevated guest experiences and ensure the seamless operation of the Spa & Salon. By delivering top-notch guest experiences and maintaining station presentability you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience. The starting rate: Commission-based pay, plus tips The schedule: On Call Salon hours of operation Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM The day-to-day: Perform a range of services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical treatments ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies Maintain a safe and clean environment, and working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests The ideal candidate: Must be a minimum 21 years of age and hold a Nevada Cosmetology license High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Must currently hold or be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card The perks & benefits: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more Free meals in our employee dining room Free parking on and off shift Healthcare, financial, and time off benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community
