We are seeking a dynamic and visionary IT Executive to lead our Global IT Client Services organization and report directly to the CIO. This role is critical to our continued growth and success, requiring a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be a champion for innovation, quality, and customer experience across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: Lead and manage all aspects of IT Client Services globally, including IT Support, IT service management, mobile and computing devices for 50,000 users across more than 20 countries Oversee IT business relationship management for all countries Applied Materials does business outside the United States Direct and lead a complex, global IT organization Responsible for Identity and Access Management Own IT efforts in support of all mergers acquisitions and divestitures Lead and manage IT operations and support teams Develop and implement IT services operation and management strategies Significant experience with managing IT vendors and managed services providers Oversee enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms Expertise with Global Managed Service Providers preferred Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Education

The ideal candidate will have the following: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years in IT Client Services or related roles Proven experience in defining, designing, and delivering client services solutions for large and complex organizations Expert knowledge of IT systems, applications, infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies, and their integration, interoperability, and scalability Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment Other Suitability Factors
