Inspector/CMM Programmer Opportunity
Inova Staffing is looking to hire an inspector/CMM programmer for one of our clients in Solon, Ohio. This is a direct hire position. Schedule: 1st shift hours: 6am-4:30pm 50 hour work week is standard, with opportunity for double time on Saturdays Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and either approve or reject machined products with tight tolerances, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Program & operate (Zeiss, Calypso) CMM Select product samples and inspect them using appropriate methods, such as measuring dimensions and comparing to specifications. Review blueprints and technical instructions to understand the quality requirements for each product. Inspect parts using tools such as CMMs, micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Maintain detailed records of inspections and relevant data. Prepare and submit inspection reports through the system. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent US Citizenship required Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting quality control inspections on machined parts Familiarity with AS9100 Aerospace Standards What Makes This Client Great:
