Our client, a community-focused organization, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the logistics team supporting local food distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to lift heavy objects, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range: $20/hr What's the Job? Assist with loading and unloading a food truck carrying 10,000 lbs of food. Travel to the Sharpsburg location to help with loading and unloading tasks. Lift boxes of food and products for distribution at local food banks. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. What's Needed? Ability to lift heavy boxes and materials safely. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Willingness to travel to different locations as needed. Flexibility to work part-time hours as scheduled.
