As an Early Intervention evaluator, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work with the evaluation team to determine eligibility for early intervention services, completing standardized testing and developing an individualized family support plan. Position Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing) Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruiting and employment process.
