The Kuiper Electronic Supply Chain team is looking for a Program Manager to support business and engineering stakeholders in selecting, developing and managing business processes and metrics to run a complex Printed Circuit Board Assembly supply chain to ensure smooth day to day operations. Key job responsibilities: Effectively lead cross-functional meetings with clear document writing, agenda creation, note capture and follow-up activity communicating program status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders. Use industry and relevant data analysis to create and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor program health and drive continuous improvement for the PCBA supply chain organization. Streamline workflows across design, procurement, and production to improve efficiency and scalability. Independently prioritize projects and activities to deliver maximum cost reductions and reliable supply chain solutions. Manage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals. A day in the life: As a Program Manager at Kuiper, you will be a key member of the supply chain team. Your primary responsibility will be working with our Sr sourcing manager and the MPMs to help drive and report daily, weekly and monthly metrics associated with PCBA suppliers to support the Kuiper Constellation project. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the team owning a wide variety of topics from the daily business metrics to strategic process development. Note: This role may require 10% domestic and international travel.
