Superintendent For Ai Hyperscale Data Center Campus
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the construction of a cutting-edge AI hyperscale data center campus, valued at nearly $1 billion? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced superintendent to join our team and lead the charge in planning, overseeing, and executing all aspects of this monumental project. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Oversight: Assist in the comprehensive planning and management of all project stages, from pre-construction to post-construction. Safety Management: Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations. Subcontractor Management: Supervise multiple assistant superintendents and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks. Schedule & Budget Management: Implement and adjust project schedules, manage budgets, and track expenditures to ensure project goals are met. Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to meet project-specific requirements and maintain high standards. Documentation: Ensure all on-site documentation, including drawings and logs, are updated and accurate. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide intentional leadership and mentorship to assistant superintendents and foremen, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean methodologies. Client & Team Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma or GED 10+ years of construction-related experience Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward-thinking Proficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Bluebeam or equivalent) Ability to supervise multiple assistant superintendents and subcontractors Experience in mentoring and human development HSPD-12 security screening (Federal Work only) Preferred: Two or four-year degree in a construction-related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Current OSHA 30 certification Current CPR/First Aid training 12+ years of field-related experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
