Telecom Project Controls Lead (Remote)
Telecom Project Controls Lead opportunity with our Telecom Project Team supporting Desert Southwest Market (NM and TX). This is a remote position but travel may be required to markets throughout the US. The Telecom Project Controls Lead will report directly to the Compliance Program Manager and will be supported by local and regional leadership. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ensuring the integrity of the project budget through approved scope changes, fiscal changes and contingency reallocations Reviewing and approving Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge for Project Working Capital calculations for assigned projects. Planning staffing needs for assigned projects. Preparing, coordinating, and directing Project Controls presentations to Amentum and client management, as required. Participating in the development and training of assigned personnel and in the implementation of on-the-job training programs. Directing project control activities. Developing, interpreting, and executing policy, objectives, and standards applicable to cost and schedule control and analysis activities. Preparing the Project Controls plan for assigned projects. Providing technical and operational direction to assigned personnel. Verifying overhead charges and their distribution. Flagging significant projected overruns or underruns. Reviewing subcontractor bids for conformity to contract requirements. Examining estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Qualifications: Knowledge and 5+ years of experience with Client databases (iComply, USH, RFSAP, IWM, etc) Knowledge and 5+ years of experience with Client requirements, deliverables, and submittal processes for HSE, RFSAP, HVE, and additional related tasks 5+ years of experience working on AT&T Turf projects Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely achievement of all tasks required for On-Air NTP Experience with Quality Control of Compliance, HSE and project closeout deliverables Experience supporting large, fast-moving programs in dynamic environments Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 20 pounds. Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same.
