Architectural Staff (6-Month Contract, Potential for Extension)

We are seeking a talented and mission-driven Architectural Staff member to join our team for the Green Housing projecta ground-up, 120,000 sq ft, 11-story multifamily residential building. This is a
6-month contract position
with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. You'll play a key role in designing interior public spaces and apartment interiors, contributing to a socially conscious and culturally significant development. Key Responsibilities
Design and coordinate interior public spaces and apartment interiors. Collaborate with the design team and landscape architect on exterior public spaces and plot plans. Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and create schedules. Design and coordinate reflected ceiling plans and lighting selections. Review specification books and ensure alignment with design standards. Communicate with clients and consultants; attend project meetings. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. 6+ years of professional architectural experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino. Experience with affordable housing and multifamily residential projects. Strong knowledge of NYC building and zoning codes. Skilled in schematic design and construction documentation. Experience with new construction or large-scale renovations. Preferred Skills
Experience with Revit. Familiarity with hospitality, core & shell, and renovation projects. Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
