Operations Deployment Manager

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is one of the largest end-to-end kidney care providers; we manage $5.5B+ in annualized medical spend through value-based partnerships. We provide comprehensive care and complex chronic condition management to 80k+ patients nationwide, whether they are in the early stages of kidney disease, transitioning to dialysis, seeking a kidney transplant or receiving life-sustaining dialysis. DaVita IKC is seeking an Operations Deployment Manager to execute deployment planning, communication, and resource management strategies that support frontline operators. This teammate will manage project platforms and tools, develop targeted communications, and contribute to the successful execution of clinical and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project execution, branding, and resource enablementwith a passion for helping frontline teams absorb innovation into daily workflows. This position will sit on a broader Operations Deployment team that collectively maintains DaVita IKC's release schedules and ensures initiatives are deployed with coordination and consistency. This team serves as trusted advisors to both centralized business teams and operations as they help ensure that projects are prepared for launch and that operators are prepared to absorb them into their day-to-day routines. Key Responsibilities Project Tool & Platform Management Build and maintain deployment tracking systems and resource hubs (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint). Standardize communication templates and toolkits to support consistent initiative execution. Communications & Branding Strategy Develop and execute internal communications strategy to engage field operators and build awareness of upcoming initiatives. Partner with Content Creator to create branded materials, reference guides, and multimedia content. Training & Resource Enablement Coordinate creation and distribution of operator-facing materials (FAQs, job aids). Support the development and rollout of training tools in partnership with learning and development teams. Governance & Deployment Support Maintain deployment roadmap in partnership with Sr. Manager. This entails managing intake, coordinating with stakeholders on new requests, placement of requests on release calendar, and adjusting calendar based on moving dependencies. LCPR Process Support & Coordination Drive adoption of the standardized Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk (LCPR) review process by ensuring teams understand and follow the established framework for initiative submission, feedback, and approval. This teammate will act as a liaison between project teams and LCPR to support smooth, timely reviews and help maintain an organized, transparent workflow. Resource and Tool Management Build and maintain a robust, user-friendly library of operational resources, training documentation, and reference materials for clinical operators in partnership with Sr. Manager and Coordinator. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, business, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in program or product deployment, preferably in healthcare or health-tech environments. Preferred Credentials Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is a strong plus. Key Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong visualization and user experience design skills. Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities. Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project). Proficiency Microsoft 360 (Share Point, One Drive, Microsoft Planner, Power Point, etc.) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to strategically understand how initiatives and development cycles are connected and dependent on each other. Ability to build and maintain structured processes and systems for deployments. Salary/Wage Range $82,000.00 - $121,000.00 / year If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
