The Senior Finance and ERP Manager will serve as the finance lead for the Genesis ERP transformation initiative. This role is accountable for designing, implementing, and supporting core financial processesincluding cost accounting, general ledger structure, and financial reportingacross the enterprise. This role ensures seamless integration between finance, operations, and IT, and enables accurate and efficient financial data across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Process Design & Requirements:

Lead the design and documentation of Genesis financial process blueprints. Define system requirements for key financial functions, including:

Standard and actual costing (materials, labor, overhead) General ledger configuration Financial reporting and compliance P&L, trial balance, and audit readiness

ERP Deployment Leadership:

Manage the deployment of financial processes at new manufacturing sites. Develop and lead site readiness, implementation, and post-go-live assessments. Oversee financial system configuration, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.

Training & Documentation:

Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Genesis financial processes. Conduct training sessions for finance and operational users.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with IT, operations, and other ERP process owners to ensure accurate data flow and financial integrity. Provide subject matter expertise for finance during design, build, and implementation.

Cost Accounting & Reporting:

Roll out standardized cost models across the enterprise. Analyze production costs and recommend standard cost updates. Report and explain monthly standard cost variances to business stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

Build and manage a team of finance professionals supporting the Genesis rollout. Prioritize deployment activities, manage workload, and coach team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred). 10 plus years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on cost accounting and ERP implementation. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements. Experience working in manufacturing environments and leading cross-functional teams. Proven success in ERP rollouts such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Up to 75% Travel Additional Information
