Starting at $18+/hour (dependent on experience) Schedule:

Must be flexible to work varied hours between 6:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available every third weekend. Average hours per week is 40 hours. Responsibilities: Manage daily lists and fulfillment processes to complete orders / basic computer operation Lead a team of associates and be able to perform regular daily tasks Understand and be able to shop, organize and collect products for orders as well as package, seal and operate small machines Effectively communicate with all associates Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems Daily reconciliation and management of fulfillment reports, sales, etc. Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to focus and prioritize tasks with motivation and confidence Basic computer skills and knowledge on Microsoft Office Ability to follow written, oral and diagram instructions Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere Other duties that may be assigned by leadership Requirements: Customer Service

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; and / or 3-5 years of leadership experience. Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Heavy work

Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
