This role under the Semiconductor Business Group (SPG) will support financial and operations activities & projects associated with Install & Warranty, and possibly other Operations support under the SPG Operations Finance Group. The individual coming into this role will collaborate with not only functions within the Finance organization, but with Operations and Engineering functions as well. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with working both up and down the chain of command, using data to develop and create actionable and useful analytics, enhancing financial reporting capabilities, and timely completion of key deliverables related to regular business cycles. Responsibilities

Guide/Coach team on achieving their goals and objectives Demonstrates in-depth understanding of accounting principles Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to deliver solutions on business issues Seek out and drive continuous process improvements to the I&W process Automation and other Finance or Company initiatives Perform ad-hoc analysis for Finance and Operations for them to complete and understand forecasts and actuals Responsible for supporting all Audit and SOX compliance activities Represent I&W Finance on councils and teams and provide support of initiatives and resolving business issues Completing reconciliations for all I&W reserve balance sheet accounts for multiple business units Perform reconciliations using multiple information systems Review and monitor systemic I&W set ups for accuracy with IW Ops manager reviews Support any updates to warranty extensions Prepare and process, journal entries, inter-company billings and other transactions Prepare and analyze business unit or segment over/under analysis Prepare and present all I&W data by tool to the segment controller for each accounting cycle Business partnering with I&W operations to drive targeted cost reduction and compliance to all accounting policies Adherence to standard Best-Known Methods and initial escalation owner for all tactical issues Weekly monitoring of recurring I&W support activities Validate any risk or opportunities to communicate to segment finance Support any ad hoc analysis as needed from the segment Key business support to other finance functional groups Review transactions and identify possible issues, determine whether to escalate or resolve Improve current processes Variance Analysis Responsible for activities that include but are not limited to forecasting, reporting, and quarter end close Job Specific Knowledge

Full use and application of standard principles, concepts, and techniques. Accounting and financial knowledge are required. Skills

Preferred: Minimum BS in Accounting/Finance/Economics/MIS and 3+ years related experience, or equivalent. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
