Clearwater is a provider of engineering, circuit card assembly, OEM Avionics, and MRO services to commercial and military customers, with products and technologies that are diverse and highly sophisticated. Be the Organizer Extraordinaire: Assemble, label, and pack orders with precision, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. Master the Art of Picking: Navigate our stockroom like a pro, using item numbers, bin locations, and quantities to pick and deliver orders to manufacturing. Cycle Count Champion: Perform daily inventory counts to maintain accuracy and ensure we're always ready to meet customer demands. Tech-Savvy Transactions: Complete accurate and timely updates in our enterprise system, keeping operations seamless and data reliable. Problem Solver: Proactively identify constraints and prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Inventory Guru: Handle all inventory support functions, from stock put-away and movement to releasing work orders and collaborating with other departments and plants. Team Player: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence. What You'll Bring
A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems. The ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds, ensuring you're ready for the physical demands of the role. A willingness to work with hazardous materials and adapt to a dynamic environment that requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, kneeling, sitting, and reaching. What Sets You Apart
