Transformation Leadership Position
This position will lead a variety of large projects or programs to apply transformation principles and tools to ensure Quest Diagnostics is efficient and effective in the delivery of its services, solutions, and processes while improving customer and employee satisfaction. This position will also be responsible for coaching others to learn and apply transformation principles and tools to their daily work. In addition, this position may lead a team of transformation project management specialists through a portfolio of medium projects while coaching others in the organization to learn and apply transformation principles and tools to their daily work. *Please note this position will be hybrid. The position can be based in one of the following locations; Secaucus NJ, Lenexa KS, Dallas TX, Tampa FL, Dallas TX, Schaumburg IL Pay Range: $110,000 - $140,000 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
