We are looking to add a Directors of Hospital Sales to the ImageFIRST organization. The Director of Hospital Sales will originate new business by calling on hospital C-suite Executives, GPOs, and Department Heads and building relationships and closing business. The successful candidate will have strong solution sales and negotiating skills, high energy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Sales professionals with recent cold-calling experience and willingness to call and visit customers on a daily basis are likely to be successful. Responsibilities: Partner with hospitals and health systems to increase compassion for patients through innovative and cost-effective products and services to improve patient experience, perception, and employee engagement, as an individual contributor in Sales. Achieve regional sales and operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine regional sales system improvements and implement changes Grow a sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets as directed Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts Establish common ground and focus on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests Build and maintain relationships with VP level and above Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of hospital sales experience including strategic, consultive and complex selling Minimum of 10 years professional experience in health care Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to develop and manage long-term relationships Proven networking skills Track record of successful negotiation with the most skilled or resistant groups Great organizational and time management skills Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit Successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed sales goals Ability to make compelling presentations to hospital decision-makers using visual aids and other media Minimum travel requirement 30-50% (by car or air depending on territory) Company Values & Benefits
