Allen, TX Schedule: Primarily closing shifts | Weekends & holidays required | Flexible hours Twin Creeks Golf Club is seeking a dependable and motivated Outside Service Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a key part in leading the Outside Services Staff (OSS) during our busiest afternoon and evening hours, ensuring our team delivers exceptional service to every guest. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the OSS team during operations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all outside service areas. Uphold and enforce standards related to guest service, staff appearance, and professionalism. Hold team members accountable to job expectations and performance standards. Address and resolve team conflicts with professionalism and clarity. Assist in onboarding and training new OSS team members, reinforcing SOPs and best practices. Be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong leadership and communication skills. A proactive approach to conflict resolution. A passion for team development and delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ability to lead by example and set a high bar for service and appearance.
