We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plant Admin/Weighmaster to manage and support the loading operations of trucks, ships, and trains. In this essential role, you'll ensure accurate documentation, safe loading practices, and smooth coordination between logistics, operations, and customer service teams. As a Plant Admin/Weighmaster, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Logistics & Documentation: Perform administrative tasks related to loading, including verifying production plans, stock levels, and loaded weights. Quality Control: Conduct visual quality checks and report any irregularities to the appropriate departments. Data Entry & Reporting: Enter loading data into the 'Objective' system and generate corresponding reports (e.g., CMR). Transport Coordination: Register and guide trucks, ships, and trains to the correct loading areas and ensure proper loading procedures. Safety & Operations: Operate the weighbridge, ensure safe operation of loading facilities, and maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. Communication & Support: Welcome visitors, answer phones, and support production teams with administrative and operational tasks. Document Management: Complete and archive transport documents in coordination with the logistics department.
