Front Desk/Member Services - Opening Shift
We currently have an opening for the opening shift Monday through Friday - 4:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Be on time Assisting members with questions, making shakes, light cleaning, and general upkeep of the gym and locker rooms. This is also a sales position - must be able to give a guided tour of the gym, know and master the sign up process and all follow-up procedures. Must (after training) be able to master the policies and procedures of membership, cancellations, etc. Must be able to work within a sales goal each month. Be proactive to the needs of the front desk in terms of supplies, etc. Must have a love for fitness and for people. Be engaging and present at all times. Must be willing to complete an online training course prior to hiring. Compensation: $13.00 per hour With more than 120 gyms open or under development across the US, Retro Fitness offers multiple fitness experiences under one roof.
